Once a guest request has been accepted, a confirmation will be sent to you with the details of the stay.

The day before your visit, you will be sent arrival information specific to your site.

If at any time you need to cancel your reservation, please be kind and communicate that to us.

For payment upon arrival, we can accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or PayPal. Bookings within 3 days of arrival require same-day payment, after approval is confirmed.

* Please Note: Because our land is adjacent to a forest and features a natural, undeveloped landscape—including local wildlife, insects, and natural terrain—we want to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities for staying here, before booking.

Personal Responsibility: You take full and complete responsibility for yourself, your guests, your vehicle(s), and your leashed pet(s) in every way while on the premises.

Insurance: You are solely responsible for carrying my own personal, vehicle, and pet insurance to whatever degree you deem necessary.

Release of Liability: You agree not to hold the property owners responsible in any way for any accident, injury, loss, damage, or incident of any kind that may occur to yourself, your guests, your property, your vehicle, or your pets while on the land.

Lawful Conduct: This acknowledgement applies to all non-criminal matters and standard risks associated with occupying a natural, outdoor environment.
